About Sarah

Coach first. Always.

I have spent the last decade coaching people online through training and nutrition. The Lane Method is what happens when that community asks for something I could only offer the right way.

I started coaching because I liked the unglamorous part: showing up, doing the boring reps, eating enough protein, sleeping. That is still most of my advice, and it is still what works. Nothing here replaces that.

But for years my inbox filled with the same question. People wanted to know about peptides. They had seen the posts, they had seen the before and afters, and they wanted to know if I would recommend a source. I never did. Every time I looked, the trail ended at a research chemical site with a disclaimer saying the product was not for human use. I was not going to send anyone there for a skin serum.

What changed is that I found a physician-owned medical practice willing to do this properly. Every person completes a health screening. A clinician licensed in that person's state reads it and decides. If it is not appropriate, they say no, and I am genuinely glad they do. When it is appropriate, a licensed pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it ready to use.

I want to be clear about my role, because it matters. I am not your provider. I do not see your health information. What I did was find people I trust and make an introduction, and then I got out of the medical part entirely.

If you have been waiting for a version of this that does not feel sketchy, this is the one I would send my own sister to. x, Sarah
